Over the last few days, Google has been sending out email notifications to owners of Google My Business (GMB) accounts advising owners to review and update their business details if COVID-19 has been affecting their business operations.
The idea behind the Google initiative is to have GMB admins update their GMB listings so their clients and customers are kept in the loop.
Google is asking GMB owners/managers to update details such as their; business hours, Google posts, and their phone numbers.
